Millennials Speak! (Or at least blog)

One of my main mantras in the conversation about generational diversity has been the power of actually having conversations. The generalizations we can read about in books are all well and good, but the real power is in actually talking to people of different generations and simply working with them to solve problems. So I've always advocated learning about generations by listening to what they say, rather than ONLY what is said about them.

So I was happy to learn of a blog, called Newly Corporate, being written by a group of Millennials about their own experiences as new entrants into the workforce. I've just skimmed it, but it looks interesting. Check it out (and thanks to The Future of Work blog for the tip).
